Happy Friday! 

Today for the Upper School Town Hall, a rep from WCC will be in to talk about the school. Thank you to Jake for arranging this event :)

A reminder to register for the Place Based Education Cohort if you're interested (below is from Brianna):

The Great Lakes Stewardship Institute facilitates the Place-Based Educator Institute: a place for new and seasoned K-12 educators to learn about/get a refresher on place-based education, develop professionally in a cohort of educators across the Great Lakes region, and work on developing a place-based education project in their specific field of education.

It is free to attend, and participants who complete the virtual (mostly asynchronous) 7-week program receive a $200 stipend. They are encouraging teachers who've been accepted to invite local educators to attend and work in a cohort together.
