First and foremost, please be sure to vote!

Today most of the LS teachers are going to Michigan State to observe in their child development center. Thank you to Jen for organizing!

US teachers and any LS teachers who aren't going should work on your curriculum maps. These are descriptions of what you teach, in what order, and how you measure learning for each of your classes. We need these for all classes, but it's understood that for some of the electives this may be more of a class description than anything else.

I'd like to work on an overarching math curriculum map, with vertical alignment. We sort of have that with the CSCs, and that applies to the other academic areas as well. But with science, social studies, and reading/lit, theres also the content rotation to take into account. So I think the best thing to do is to get what you can into a format that is workable and we'll take things from there. Click here for a link to some that have been done. You can make a copy of any of them and fill in your own information. If you have a curriculum map completed already that's in a different format, that's ok - don't change it.
